TPO’s Message to Students
Dear students,
Huge opportunities are in front of you. You must choose an appropriate one instead of getting distracted with many. You must be focused and set proper career goals.
It is important that, apart from your technical knowledge, you must take maximum effort to develop your personality and improve your professional skills with strong aptitude. Today, recruiters expect best of best when they are selecting fresher through campus interviews. You must be prepared for the competition with continuous improvement in yourself by taking 360 degree feedback. Tough the Competition for fresher is very high leading to less selection ratio at campus interview, you need not worry about it because good candidates are always needed by the industry.
Apart from an industrial placement student can set goal by selecting a career in Government Jobs through competitive exams (MPSC / UPSC). One can also select Public sector unit, Research organization, Defense services, Merchant Navy, MBA, ME, educating abroad or those who have passion for Teaching can adopt it as a profession. Last but not the least you can be an entrepreneur, which I personally feel every students should give a try.

Objectives of Training & Placement
The Training and Placement (T&P) cell at PVPIT guides and counsels every student to choose their proper career path, making them eligible and employable.
We groom future Technocrats as per their interest and make them industry-ready.
The objective is to
- Provide opportunities with industrial placements
- Motivate them to opt for other placement opportunities *
- Motivate them to become future entrepreneur
- Motivate them to opt for Higher Education and research.
We provide them with the source of appropriate knowledge and skill which would be resourceful to them. Training is given to improve their aptitude and soft skill through expert agencies.
We provide a proper platform for *’other placement‘, option like teaching as a profession, competitive exams, higher education, education abroad, jobs in government or semi government, defense services and research sector. We encourage and empower students to become an entrepreneur and provide them necessary awareness and orientation about it.
Industrial Tie up / Training
We encourage in-plant training to the students, in order to increase their applied knowledge, employability and help them become industry ready. WE are associating with local engineering and renowned industries to improved Industry-institute interaction.
