The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (Diploma) is dedicated to providing quality technical education by developing competent, innovative and industry-ready diploma engineers. The department emphasizes a balanced approach to theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling students to meet the challenges of rapidly evolving technologies in the fields of electronics, communication, automation, embedded systems, and information technology.
The department has an approved intake of 60 students and is supported by qualified and experienced faculty members who are committed to academic excellence, research, and student development. The curriculum is designed according to MSBTE guidelines, ensuring that students acquire the knowledge and skills required by modern industries.
The department promotes project-based learning, encouraging students to develop innovative mini and major projects in IoT, embedded systems, robotics, automation, communication systems, and renewable energy. Students are also motivated to participate in technical competitions, workshops, seminars, industrial visits, expert lectures, and internship programs to enhance their practical knowledge and employability.
