• September 1983 – Establishment of the Institute For Five Undergraduate Engineering and Five Polytechnic Programmes In a Rental Building

• 1983 – Received A.I.C.T.E. Approvals for both Programmes of 1st kind
• 1985 – Started functioning in Own Building at Budhgaon with a Total Initial Investment of Rs. 2.85 cr
• 1985 – Addition of new UG programmes – 1) Mechanical Engg. 2) Civil Engg.
• 1988 – Constructed Boys’ Hostels and Staff Quarters
• 1988 – Introduced New postgraduate Courses (vocational) in Mechanical Design Engineering and Civil Structural Engineering
• 1998 – Received A.I.C.T.E. Grants for MODROBS And RPS.Schemes
• 2000 – Addition of new UG programmes – Information Technology
• 2003 – NIRMITI, A National Level Event for UG students started
• 2004 – Addition of new PG Programme – Mech (Heat Power Engg.)
• 2005 – Constructed New Library Building of 650 sqm
• 2005 – PROBE- A National Level Event for Polytechnic students started
• 2007 – Constructed 105-seated Ladies Hostel
• 2009 – Construction of the New Academic Building for UG ENGINEERING Department.of Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, Instrumentation Engineering. And Information Technology
• 2010 – Constructed Administrative building.
• 2010 – Organizing of A national-level conference
• 2010 – Addition of 2 nd division in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnic Programmes
• 2011 – Addition of new PG Programme- Civil Engg.(Structure) and 2 nd division in Mechanical Engineering at UG PROGRAMMES
• 2011 – Addition of 2 nd division in Electronics and TeleComm Engineering and Civil and Rural Engineering at Polytechnic Programmes

• 2016 – NBA Accreditation to 2 Programmes
• 2019 – NAAC Accreditation 1st Cycle
• 2020 – Started a new branch of Computer Science Engineering
