Android App Development Internship Program

 

The Android App Development Internship was designed to provide students with practical experience in mobile application development. The program aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application development, enhancing students’ skills and employability. This program was conducted from 25/07/2024 – 03/08/2024. Resource program of this person was Mr. S. G. Mane Founder of one star software solutions, sangli. Coordinating faculty was Mrs. M. S. Patil. The Android Development Internship was a valuable experience for both students and faculty. It successfully enhanced the technical skills of participants while fostering professional development. Continued investment in such programs is essential for preparing students for careers in technology.

Guest lecture on “Career Opportunity and its prerequisite”

 

The guest lecture focused on exploring various career opportunities within the computer industry, detailing the prerequisites necessary for each role. The session aimed to equip attendees with the knowledge needed to navigate their career paths in this rapidly evolving field. This session was conducted online in an institution’s auditorium. resource person was Mr. Jayant Walvekar, coordinating faculty was Dr. S. N. Kore. Participants are encouraged to pursue relevant educational programs, certifications, and internships to build their skills and enhance their employability.

Industrial Visit – “ISRO Benglore”

 

The aim of industrial visit is to help the students in attaining good knowledge in aerospace making. It is easy for them to understand the practical working of ISRO center.

Our CSE department of Padmabhooshan Vasantraodada Patil Institute of Technology, Budhgaon (Sangli) had organized an industrial visit on 1st May 2025 to visit ISRO,Benglore centre. Total 47 students were participated in this visit.

At the time of visit, we interact with URSC department & students got knowledge about failures of Chandrayan-1 and Chandrayan-2, solutions to overcome failure. Also, we got clear idea about success story of Chandrayan-3. After that our students asked some questions and clear their doubts. Coordination and smooth execution of this event was done by HOD CSE Mrs. D.D. Dhokate, Industry visit Co-ordinator Mrs. T.S. Mali, and faculty co-ordinator Mrs. P.R. Chougule & Mr.A.B. Jagdale under the guidance Principal Dr. B. S. Patil. Students got very good experience while visiting ISRO centre.

This webinar focuses on effective strategies to combat these threats, ensuring trust and security in online operations. We have taken the webinar into that resource person was Suhas Desai is a seasoned executive holding dual roles as Senior Vice President (MDR) and Cyber Technology Head (India & APAC) at Aujas Cybersecurity. With a robust background in cybersecurity and extensive leadership experience, Suhas has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and prominence in the industry. Coordinating faculty was Mrs. S. S. Patil. That program arranged for second- and third-year students. Guest lecture on “Career in edge automation”

 

The objective of the Career in Automationedge Program at PVPIT, Budhgaon held on February 15, 2024, was to foster the knowledge of Automation among students and provide them with insights into the world of startups and innovation. The program aimed to inspire, educate, and equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to embark on their automation knowledge.

The Career in Automationedge Program was organized by PVPIT-Budhgaon . It was a resounding success, attracting enthusiastic participation from students across disciplines. Prof. Dr. S. N. Kore, Mrs. D. D. Dhokate(HOD-CSE), Ms. R. J. Jagtap(HOD-AIDS), all the faculties along with 110 students of both CSE and AIDS disciplines were attended the session. Keynote speakers presents both opportunities and challenges for students in today’s educational landscape. By leveraging technology responsibly and addressing associated concerns, educators can harness the potential of automation to enhance learning outcomes and empower students to thrive in an increasingly digital world. However, it is essential to prioritize equitable access to resources and cultivate a balanced approach that fosters critical thinking and creativity alongside technological proficiency.

National Level Event Technova-C (Nirmiti 2024)

 

The aim of TECHNOVA-C 2K24 is to motivate students to use their technological expertise to tackle real-world issues using creativity and critical thinking. Our CSE department of Padmabhooshan Vasantraodada Patil Institute of Technology, Budhgaon (Sangli) had organized a Programming Event TECHNOVA-C 2K24 on 17th May 2024 in offline mode. Total 50 students were participated for this event and & are selected for final round.

This event includes technical questions solving with fun tasks. It contains 3 rounds. It can participate individually. Coordination and smooth execution of this event was done by HOD CSE and Event Convenor Mrs. M. S. Patil, student representatives Ms. Anuja Kanase under the guidance Principal Dr. B. S. Patil and all IIC members, PVPIT, Budhgaon. The Judges for Final Round Evolution is Mr. S. G. Mane from One Star Software Solutions, Sangli. With immense presence of judges, they boosted the competitive spirit among the participants so they could kick start their work with enthusiasm. Students got very good experience while participating in programming activities and they have tried their best levels in Logic building and application.

Workshop on IOT

 

The workshop on IOT was organized by PVPIT-Budhgaon . It was a resounding success, attracting enthusiastic participation from students across disciplines. Prof. Dr. S. N. Kore, Mrs. D. D. Dhokate(HOD-CSE), Ms. R. J. Jagtap(HOD-AIDS), all the faculties along with 73 students of CSE disciplines were attended the session. Understanding embedded systems, controllers, and development platforms like Node MCU and Arduino IDE is crucial for designing and implementing effective IoT solutions. Node MCU offers a versatile platform with integrated Wi-Fi capabilities, while the Arduino IDE provides a user-friendly environment for programming and interfacing with microcontrollers. Together, they facilitate the development of innovative embedded applications.
