Program Education Objective(PEOs)
PEO1: To produce competent Electrical and Computer Engineering graduates with a solid foundation in electrical and computer engineering, design analytics and problem-solving skills for flourishing professional careers in industry, academia, and public service.
PEO2: To inculcate professional and ethical attitude, communication and teamwork skills and the ability to relate engineering issues from a broader social perspective for truly contributing to the needs of the nation.
PEO3: To prepare and encourage students to undergo research work as well as to involve in scientific innovations for sustainable development.
PEO4: To enable students to possess the attitude to learn and adopt new technologies as they evolve and become lifelong learners.
Program outcomes (POs)
1. Engineering Knowledge : Acquire and apply fundamental knowledge of mathematics, science and electrical and computer engineering principles.
2. Problem Analysis : Identify, formulate, review literature and analyze electrical and computer engineering problems in order to get the desired solution using first principles of mathematics, natural science and engineering science.
3. Design/Development of Solutions : Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science and electrical and computer engineering fundamentals in designing and evaluating system components, processes and systems related to electrical and computer engineering to meet the specified needs.
4. Conduct Investigation of Complex Problems : Use research based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data and synthesis of information to provide valid conclusions.
5. Modern Tool Usage : Select and apply appropriate techniques, resources and modern electrical and computer engineering software and tools for modeling engineering activities with understanding of the limitations.
6. Engineer and Society : Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to electrical and computer engineering.
7. Environment and Sustainability : Understand the impact of professional engineering solutions in environmental contexts and demonstrate the knowledge of and need for sustainable development.
8. Ethics : To understand ethical principles and commit to professional ethics and responsibilities.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)
At the end of the program, the student:
1. Develop competency in Electrical Machines & Electrical Drives required to practice Electrical and Computer Engineering profession.
2. Ability to analyze Power System through Industry Interaction & Advanced Software tools.
