1. PVP SAE CLUB

The SAEINDIA Collegiate Club at PVPIT is a vibrant chapter of SAEINDIA, an affiliate of SAE International, dedicated to advancing mobility technology in India. As a non-profit engineering society, SAEINDIA fosters innovation and collaboration among engineers, industry professionals, academics, and students. Our club provides a dynamic platform for PVPIT students to engage with cutting-edge automotive and aerospace technologies, network with industry experts, and participate in national and international events, empowering them to become future leaders in the mobility sector.

Our club organizes a diverse range of activities to enhance technical expertise and foster creativity. These include:

  • BAJA SAEINDIA
  • SUPRA SAEINDIA
  • EFFI-CYCLE
  • Bicycle Design Competition
  • National Level CAD Modeling and Drafting (NLCMD)
  • Autonomous Drone Development Competition
  • Workshops and Seminars
  • Industrial Visits

Participation in these events cultivates a wide array of skills essential for engineering professionals. Students develop technical skills in design, fabrication, CAD modeling, and programming through hands-on projects like BAJA, SUPRA, and drone development. Project management and teamwork are honed by collaborating on complex vehicle builds and meeting competition deadlines. Problem-solving and innovation are fostered through challenges like designing sustainable vehicles for EFFI-CYCLE or optimizing bicycle designs. Additionally, communication and leadership skills are enhanced through organizing events, presenting designs, and networking during workshops and industry visits. These experiences equip PVPI students with the expertise and confidence to excel in the global mobility industry.
